Zero Tolerance Policy toward CSAM
YouTing maintains a Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, or any form of abuse towards minors. Any violation will result in immediate lifetime bans and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies (e.g., NCMEC, local police).
1. Age Restrictions
The YouTing platform is strictly designed for users aged 18 and older. As our platform is geared toward authentic travel networks, creators, and adult networking (Sponsor Market meetings), minors are entirely prohibited from creating accounts. Any accounts discovered to belong to users under 18 will be suspended indefinitely.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
At any given time across all features of the App (Spots, Map, Profile, Sponsorship applications, Chat), the following behaviors are unequivocally banned:
- Uploading, sharing, generating, or requesting CSAM (images, videos, or otherwise).
- Grooming minors.
- Sexualizing minors, including inappropriate fan-fiction or roleplay.
- Encouraging self-harm or eating disorders in minors.
- Endangering the physical safety or emotional well-being of any minor.
3. Reporting & Enforcement
We empower our community to report any suspicious or illegal activities. If you encounter content or behavior that compromises the safety of children, please use the in-app reporting feature or contact us directly.
- In-App Reporting: Navigate to the violator's profile or post, tap the three dots (More), and select Report. Choose the appropriate category (e.g., CSAM, Harassment).
- Enforcement Action: Our trust and safety team will review the report immediately. If corroborating evidence is found, the offender's account will be permanently terminated.
- Law Enforcement Co-operation: We will proactively supply data, IP logs, and application details to law enforcement (such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) to prosecute offenders fully.
4. Protective Technical Measures
While we rely on the Google APIs for base authentication, we also cross-reference connected YouTube channels. Suspicious channels (e.g., terminated by YouTube for policy violations) may be blocked from using YouTing services. Furthermore, algorithms are employed to detect anomalies in chatting and posting habits that may indicate grooming behavior.

유팅(YouTing)은 아동 성착취물(CSAM), 온라인 그루밍, 기타 미성년자를 향한 모든 종류의 성적 착취 및 학대에 대해 절대적인 무관용 원칙(Zero Tolerance)을 고수합니다. 단 1건의 위반 사항이라도 적발될 경우 즉각적인 영구 계정 정지(영구 밴)는 물론, 국내외 사법기관 및 경찰청에 즉각 고발 조치됩니다.
1. 연령 제한 (성인 전용 서비스)
유팅은 만 18세 이상(성인)만을 위한 여행 네트워킹 앱입니다. 당사 플랫폼은 위치 기반의 밋업, 오프라인 미팅, 스폰서십 체결 등 성인 유저를 다루고 있으므로 미성년자의 가입 및 활동을 엄격히 금지합니다. 만 18세 미만으로 확인된 계정은 통보 없이 즉각 차단 및 삭제 처리됩니다.
2. 전면 금지되는 활동 및 콘텐츠
스팟(피드), 프로필, 지도, 채팅, 밋업 신청 등 앱 내 어떠한 공간에서도 아래의 행위는 허용되지 않으며 발견 시 계정이 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 업로드, 공유, 배포하거나 요구하는 행위.
- 미성년자를 향해 성적 목적을 가지고 접근하는 행위 (온라인 그루밍).
- 미성년자를 성적 대상화(일부 롤플레잉 포함)하는 텍스트나 게시물.
- 미성년자의 자해를 유도하거나 물리적, 정서적 위해를 끼칠 수 있는 범죄 모의.
3. 신고 방법 및 강력한 후속 조치
우리의 여행 커뮤니티를 안전하게 유지하기 위해서는 사용자 여러분의 적극적인 신고가 필수적입니다. 미성년자를 향한 위협을 목격하셨을 경우 주저 없이 신고해 주십시오.
- 앱 내 직접 신고: 해당 게시물이나 상대방 프로필의 우측 상단 '더보기(점 3개)'를 눌러 [신고하기]를 접수하십시오.
- 가차 없는 시스템 제재: 운영팀은 접수된 신고를 최우선 순위로 즉각 검토(최대 24시간 이내)하며, 증거가 명확하거나 혐의가 짙은 경우 활동을 영구 정지합니다.
- 사법기관과의 정보 공조: 관련 범죄(CSAM 등)가 확인될 시, IP 주소 및 구글 로그인 기록, 연결된 유튜브 채널 정보 전체를 수사기관(경찰청 및 방송통신심의위원회 등)에 지체 없이 제공하여 처벌을 돕습니다.
4. 기술적 보호 조치
유팅은 인증 과정에서 Google/YouTube API를 이용하며, 서비스 운영 정책 위반으로 차단된 의심 사례 채널은 연동이 거부될 수 있습니다. 또한, 서버 모니터링을 통해 그루밍이나 청소년 위해 정보가 포함된 어뷰징 계정 패턴을 상시 추적합니다.
